Proposal Planning Guide
Planning the perfect proposal involves a few key costs to keep in mind. At Magic Moments Decor, we aim to be transparent and flexible so you can plan with confidence.
Three Main Costs to Consider:
1. Décor, Planning & Coordination
Handled entirely by us , this includes event setup, styling, coordination, and cleanup. All our decor packages are offered at two fixed prices, £300 or £500.
2. Venue Hire
If you’re using a private space or venue, this is paid directly to the venue. Don’t worry, we’re happy to assist with sourcing the perfect location.
3. Travel Fee
This varies depending on your location. Proposals in our base of Birmingham starts at £60
Our Proposal Packages
We’ve designed a collection of proposal setups to suit every couple. Our Simple Packages (£300) are ideal for intimate, heartfelt proposals with minimal décor, while our Grand Proposals (£500) are crafted for a show-stopping, luxurious experience. Two tiers, one goal creating the perfect moment for your love story.

Secure Your Booking
Once we've sorted out all the details, you'll receive a booking confirmation with all the specifics. Review, agree to the terms, and secure your date with a payment via bank transfer.

Behind-the-Scenes Magic
We liaise with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. From photographers to caterers, we handle the details so you don’t have to.

The Big Moment
