We want your setup to look amazing and go off without a hitch, so here’s a quick heads-up to keep in mind.
Most hotels no longer allow balloons to be stuck directly to the ceiling, as removing them can sometimes cause damage. If that happens, hotels may charge a cleaning or repair fee to the card on file.
To keep things safe (and still magical!), we use helium balloons for any floating decor. This is already included in our standard pricing.
