Step 2: Inform Your Hotel About Our Setup

Contact your hotel’s reception or reservations team to grant Magic Moments Decor access to your room before arrival.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking with Payment Once you’ve confirmed your package, review the terms and secure your booking via bank transfer or PayPal.

Step 4: Room Setup on Your Arrival Day – Our team will decorate your room after cleaning, and we recommend checking in  2 hours later to ensure everything is ready.

Step 5: Walk In and Enjoy the Surprise

 

Step into a beautifully decorated room, perfectly styled for your special celebration.

Step 6: Responsible Cleanup and Item Return. Dispose of decorations to avoid hotel cleaning fees, or book our £20 cleaning service (only available in Birmingham City Centre bookings)  when making your reservation.

What’s Included in Our Hotel Room Décor?

Our standard packages include a word banner, helium-filled balloons (all balloons above the bed are themed and floating), a sprinkle of rose petals, and a personalized card to complete the setup.

Cleaning

To help avoid any hotel cleaning fees, we kindly ask that you leave the room tidy upon departure. We provide bin bags and scissors so you can dispose of petals and balloons easily. Any hired items should be placed back in the bag or box provided and left at reception.
