How It Works

Step 1: Share Your Vision
Reach out via WhatsApp or phone, and let’s bring your dream proposal to life. We’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and vision to craft a bespoke setup that reflects your love story.

 

Step 2: Select from our beautifully curated proposal packages or opt for a bespoke setup tailored to your vision. Enhance your proposal with optional upgrades such as  a private musician, photographer, videographer, or even a cold sparks display. Let us know what will make your moment truly unforgettable!

Secure Your Booking
Once you've chosen your package, you'll receive a booking confirmation with all the details. Review, agree to the terms, and secure your date with a payment via bank transfer.

 

Step 3: Behind-the-Scenes Magic
We liaise with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. From photographers to caterers, we handle the details so you don’t have to.

 

Step 4: The Big Moment
Relax and enjoy—your proposal is in expert hands. We’ll coordinate the perfect timing, set the mood with music and lighting, and create an unforgettable atmosphere for that magical “yes” moment.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance before the booking date. This can be paid:

In full at the time of booking

 Or 

A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total cost is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to the proposal date. The remaining balance can be paid in full or split into two smaller payments for added flexibility.

Proposal Costs

When planning a proposal with Magic Moments Decor, there are three main separate costs to consider:

1. Proposal Planning & Decor

(Handled by Us!)

This is the core of your proposal experience creating a breathtaking setup tailored to your vision. Our packages include décor , coordination, setup & cleanup. We take care of all the details, so you only need to focus on popping the question!

 

2. Travel Costs

(Separate Fee, Based on Location)

Our team is based in Birmingham City Centre, but we’re happy to bring your dream proposal to life wherever you need us. Travel fees depend on distance:

Birmingham City Centre: £60

Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton : £100

London (Starting Price):  £350

If your location isn’t listed, just reach out, and we’ll confirm the cost!

3. Venue Hire

(Separate Fee, Paid to Venue)

We’re happy to help you find the perfect location! Some of the options we offer include:

Private Dining Rooms, Event Spaces,  Outdoor Spaces and Rooftops. Each venue comes with its own pricing and availability, so we’ll help you choose one that fits your vision and budget.
